All orders placed and paid before 3:30pm (UTC +1) are shipped the same day with PostNL International.

Which payment method(s) can I use?

You can pay secure and fast via VISA, Maestro, Mastercard, Paypal, Sofort (Germany), MisterCash (Belgium) and iDeal (The Netherlands).

We utilize a secure payment system from Sisow Payment Innovations B.V., Helmond, The Netherlands.

What's the transit time of my parcel?

Depending on your country of residence, transit times differ. Worldwide shipping takes about 7-14 days (United States, Canada, Australia) or 14-30 days (Russia, Asia & South America). Shipping to Germany, Belgium, France and The Netherlands takes normally only 1-2 working days. Other countries within Europe take around 3-7 transit days.

All orders placed and paid before 3:30pm (UTC +1) are shipped the same day with PostNL International. You will receive a personal track & trace code per e-mail when your order has been picked up by our courier.

How can I return purchased products?

If you’re not satisfied with your purchased products, you can send the products back within 14 days. Please note: the costs and risks of returns are for your own account. Make sure you add your name, address, order number and/or packing slip.

We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days after reception, if it meets the conditions below.

  • the product is originally packaged with original tags attached;
  • the product is unworn and unwashed;
  • you did not try to repair a defect yourself;
  • the return parcel is sufficiently stamped.

If the returned products do not meet the conditions above, we can’t accept your return. The parcel will be send back to you at your own costs.

Which customers get -21% checkout discount?

Only customers outside the European Union get a -21% tax discount upon checkout. We are not obliged to charge taxes to these countries. Please note: we are not responsible for any (local) customs charges!

Can you deliver my order as a gift? / Can you send my purchased products in a giftwrap?

Yes, we can! We love to create beautiful gifts. Please leave a instruction in the ‘Order Notes’ form on the checkout page.

What's the most recommended way to wash my purchased products?

Please, follow the provided care- and washing instructions on the package of your purchased product.

In general, the following washing instructions apply:

  • Wool: max. 30 degrees handwash;
  • Wool/silk: max. 30 degrees handwash;
  • Silk: max. 30 degrees handwash;
  • Wool/silk/cotton: max. 30 degrees handwash;
  • Cotton: depends on product.

The product I want is not in stock, can I order it anyway?

We strive to keep all products in stock, all year long. Unfortunately, during busy periods (such as autumn and winter) some products run out of stock and it can take up to 3 weeks to restock. It depends on our supplier. So please check our website regularly.
