We have asked Senger Naturwelt about this. The cherry stone cushion can indeed be heated in the microwave, provided the following instructions are followed carefully. Heat the cushion for 30 seconds in the microwave at max. 600W, then shake it well so that the heat is evenly distributed. Not warm enough yet? Place the cushion with the other side up and heat it again for 30 seconds at max. 600W. Please note: heating the cherry stone cushion in the microwave is at your own risk, always stay with it while the cushion is being heated. A microwave can get very hot in a short time. In some (older) microwaves, the temperature is not evenly distributed and the cushion can get very hot at a certain point, causing the fabric to burn there. A long story, as you can read, but the safety of your little ones is our top priority!
