We checked this with Senger Naturwelt. The cherry pit pillow can optionally be heated in the microwave provided the following instructions are carefully followed. Heat the pillow for 30 seconds in the microwave at max. 600W, then shake it well so that the heat is evenly distributed. Not warm enough yet? Place the pillow with the other side up and heat it again for 30 seconds at max. 600W. Please note: heating the cherry pit pillow in the microwave is at your own risk; always stay with it while the pillow is being heated. A microwave can get very hot in a short time. In some (older) microwaves, the temperature is not evenly distributed, and the pillow can become very hot at a certain point, causing the fabric to burn there. A long story, as you can see, but the safety of your little ones is our top priority!
