CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Boiled wool contains lanolin (natural wool wax) which makes the jacket dirt-repellent. Usually, a gentle shake or brushing is enough to clean the coat. Wool is self-cleaning and antibacterial, so you don't have to wash wool often. If the coat has a stain, you can clean it locally. Even hanging it outside for a night or in the damp of the bathroom works well, and it will smell nice and fresh again! Need to wash anyway? Wash the wool by hand. Use a small amount of wool detergent and lukewarm (not cold) water, up to a maximum of 30ºC. Avoid pinching, wringing, and rubbing, and gently squeeze the water between your hands or a towel from the clothing. Horizontal drying gives the best result since wool forms according to how it dries.
