WHAT IS AMBER?

Baltic amber is fossilised resin, originating from coniferous trees in the Scandinavian region, approximately 44 million years old. So, contrary to what the name suggests, amber is petrified resin, not a stone. It is light and not cold and feels pleasant on the skin.
