WHAT IS AMBER?
Baltic amber is fossilized resin, originating from coniferous trees in the Scandinavian region, approximately 44 million years old. Amber is therefore, contrary to what the name suggests, petrified resin and not a stone. It is light, not cold, and feels pleasant on the skin.
WHAT SIZE DO I NEED?
Are you unsure about the size of the bracelet? Cut a string to the desired length (19cm) and try it on. Is the bracelet too big? Then the length of the children's bracelet (16.5cm) might be the right size. Note: by wearing the amber jewelry, the knots between the beads can become slightly tighter, causing the necklace or bracelet to become slightly longer over time.
HANDMADE
The amber bracelets are handmade in Lithuania. Each bead is individually knotted, and the bracelet closes easily with a twist clasp.
