This is due to succinic acid, which is released by the warmth of the skin. Great for when your son or daughter starts teething.

WHAT IS AMBER?

Baltic amber is fossil resin, originating from coniferous trees in the Scandinavian region, approximately 44 million years old. Unlike what the name suggests, amber is fossilised resin, not a stone. It is light and not cold and feels pleasant on the skin.

WHICH SIZE DO I NEED?

There are three sizes of amber bracelets for children. Newborn 12cm (only in cognac colour), baby 14cm and child 16.5cm. Choose the newborn bracelet (12cm) for the smallest ones. The baby bracelet (14cm) fits on average up to 3 years, but every arm is different, and measuring is knowing. To see which length fits well, you can cut a string to the desired length and try it on your child. The children's bracelet fits both small and large; with my thin wrist, it even fits me as a mum! But of course, we also have our own collection for women. Note: by wearing the amber jewellery, the knots between the beads may be pulled tighter, causing the necklace or bracelet to become slightly larger over time.
