Amber, also known as succinite, has a pain-relieving effect when teeth are erupting. This is due to succinic acid, which is released by the warmth of the skin. Great for when your son or daughter is teething.

WHAT IS AMBER?

Baltic amber is fossilized resin, originating from coniferous trees in the Scandinavian region, approximately 44 million years old. Unlike what the name suggests, amber is petrified resin, not a stone. It is light, not cold, and feels pleasant on the skin.

WHAT SIZE DO I NEED?


There are three sizes of amber bracelets for children: Newborn 12cm (only available in cognac color), baby 14cm, and child 16.5cm. Choose the newborn bracelet (12cm) for the smallest ones. The baby bracelet (14cm) generally fits up to 3 years, but every arm is different, and measuring is knowing. To determine the correct length, you can cut a string to the desired length and try it on your child. The child's bracelet fits both small and large; with my thin wrist, it even fits me as a mom! But of course, we also have our own collection for women. Note: due to wearing the amber jewelry, the knots between the beads may tighten slightly, causing the necklace or bracelet to become slightly larger over time.

HANDMADE

The amber bracelets are handmade in Lithuania. They are designed to break for safety if excessive pressure is applied. Furthermore, each bead is individually knotted, which prevents beads from coming loose in case of breakage. The amber bracelet closes easily with a screw clasp.

SAFETY

General safety instruction: "Children under three years of age should not wear jewelry unsupervised by adults, as it contains small parts." This also applies to wearing amber bracelets.
