With the Mamalila Boston babywearing jacket, you're all set to carry your baby outdoors, from spring through autumn. The jacket is lightly water-repellent (resistant to drizzle), windproof, and wonderfully warm, ideal for transitional seasons. Keep in mind that you'll always feel warmer when carrying your child close to you. If you tend to get warm quickly, you can also use the jacket perfectly in winter. If you tend to get cold easily, wear an extra wool layer under the jacket to stay sufficiently warm.
BABY INSERT
The included babywearing insert can be used for both front and back carrying. The insert has an adjustable drawstring to fit your child, and the neck protection can be folded up or down. With the snaps at the bottom of the jacket, extra space can be created for your child's legs (or for your pregnant belly). Please note: the baby insert does not carry your baby; you always use a baby wrap or carrier under the jacket.
PREGNANT
If you are pregnant, you can make the jacket roomier by opening the snaps on the side. If the jacket still doesn't fit well afterwards, you can also use the babywearing insert as a maternity insert by tightening the drawstrings.
