Beautiful elephant as a warming cuddly toy. A warm cuddly friend for young and old! For cold nights and tummy aches in the smallest ones, this elephant has a warming cushion in its belly. But even unheated, it's wonderfully soft to cuddle with and ideal for keeping your little one company. The cuddly toy comes in two sizes: small filled with grape seeds and large filled with spelt.
Heating the grape seed cushion
Remove the cushion from the belly of the cuddly toy through the zipper. Heat it in an environmentally friendly way on the radiator or for 2 to 3 minutes in the oven at 75°C. The cushion should not be heated for too long or too hot! Afterwards, let the cushion rest briefly (breathe). Feel if the cushion is not too warm and then put it back into the cuddly toy.
We regularly receive questions about whether the cushions can also be heated in the microwave. We have inquired about this with Senger Naturwelt. The grape seed cushion can potentially be heated in the microwave, provided the following instructions are followed carefully. Heat the cushion for 30 seconds in the microwave at a maximum of 600W, then shake it well so that the heat is evenly distributed. Not warm enough yet? Place the cushion with the other side up and heat it again for 30 seconds at a maximum of 600W. Please note: heating the grape seed cushion in the microwave is at your own risk, always stay with it while the cushion is being heated. A microwave can get very hot in a short time. In some (older) microwaves, the temperature is not evenly distributed, and the cushion can become very hot at a certain point, causing the fabric to burn there. A long story, as you can see, but the safety of your little ones is our top priority! Please note: the spelt cushion cannot be heated in the microwave!
