On the way to dreamland under a beautiful canopy... A silk canopy (also called an anthroposophic canopy) is made by draping a layer of blue silk over a layer of pink silk. This creates a purple glow that forms a peaceful and sheltered environment in which your child can sleep and grow in peace. The cloths have no attachment point, so you can drape them over a rod above the bassinet yourself, or you can sew a hem so that you can thread it through a ring canopy rod.
