Instructions for use
Keep the lamp on for as long as possible, so that it can warm up and generate negative ions that are good for your health. This also prevents the lamp from becoming damp. Do not place the lamp in damp places to prevent excess water in the lamp. Remove dust by wiping the lamp with a damp cloth.
Good to know
The included bulb is actually a "bridging bulb." It's nice to be able to turn on the lamp right after receiving it! The salt lamp works best if you purchase a good quality bulb. Suitable bulbs are oven bulbs of 15-25 watts. Osram, for example, has these bulbs. A bulb with a copper fitting has a longer lifespan than a bulb with an aluminum fitting. LED bulbs are not suitable as they generate too little wattage. Once you have purchased the correct bulb, the salt lamp can easily burn for hours a day!
