Toad was sitting on his porch. Frog came by and said:
'What's wrong, Toad? You look so sad.'
'Well,' said Toad. 'This is my sad hour every day. Around this time, I always sit waiting for the mail. And that makes me very sad.'
'Why is that?' asked Frog.
'Because I never get any mail,' said Toad.
'Never ever?' asked Frog.
'No, never at all,' said Toad. 'No one has ever sent me a letter.'
Frog and Toad sat together on the porch, both feeling sad. Then Frog said:
'I have to go home now, Toad. I have something to do.'
Frog quickly went home. He grabbed a pencil and a piece of paper. And he started writing.
