Please note: amber is a natural product, each bead is unique in shape and size. The stated length of the jewellery is therefore approximate. It is also possible that the colour may differ from the photo.
WHAT IS AMBER?
Baltic amber is fossilised resin, originating from conifers in the Scandinavian region, approximately 44 million years old. Unlike what the name suggests, amber is petrified resin and not a stone. It is light, not cold, and feels pleasant on the skin.
WHAT SIZE DO I NEED?
Unsure about the size of the bracelet? Cut a piece of string to the desired length (19cm) and try it on. Is the bracelet too big? Then the length of the children's bracelet (16.5cm) might be the right size. Note: by wearing the amber jewellery, the knots between the beads may become slightly tighter, causing the necklace or bracelet to become slightly longer over time.
HANDMADE
The amber bracelets are handmade in Lithuania. Each stone is individually knotted, and the bracelet easily closes with a twist clasp.
