Instructions for Use
Hold the hot water bottle upright and fill it two-thirds full with warm water, not boiling water! Slowly squeeze out the air until you see the water at the surface, screw on the cap, and check that the hot water bottle does not leak. Avoid prolonged direct contact with the skin.
