HOW DO YOU WANT TO RECEIVE THE VOUCHER?

You will receive the gift voucher at the email address provided after payment processing (this may take a few minutes). This way you can print out the gift voucher and give it away immediately! Don't have a printer? Then write a nice card yourself and write the (unique) gift voucher code on it.
Do you not see the gift voucher directly in your mailbox? Then check your spam box or search for the following sender: app@viewsion.net
By post
You will always receive the gift voucher digitally. But would you also like to receive the gift voucher physically? You can! Then choose this option at checkout and we will send the gift voucher to you.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Ziloen gift voucher can be redeemed for all our beautiful products. Please take the following into account:
- The Ziloen gift voucher can only be spent in our webshop;
- The gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash;
- Any shipping costs must be paid separately from the gift voucher;
- For item(s) paid with a gift voucher that are returned, you will receive a new gift voucher.
GOOD TO KNOW
Do you have multiple gift vouchers that you would like to use for one order? Please send an email to klantenservice@ziloen.nl, we can then merge the vouchers for you.
Have you used a gift voucher for an order but not spent the entire amount? Please send an email to klantenservice@ziloen.nl (stating your order number). You will then receive a new code from us for the remaining amount!
