Make your own wooden boomerang from Kids at Work. Paint the boomerang, cut it out, and start throwing!
Always throw the boomerang in an open space. It's important to determine the wind direction first. Hold the boomerang at a 10-30° angle and throw it at a 45° angle into the wind. If you're right, the boomerang should come back to you!
Note: to make this boomerang, you'll need a jigsaw, file, sandpaper, drill, and possibly paint.
