The Glerups Shoe is a soft, comfortable slipper made of 100% natural wool. The low-top design fits snugly and feels light and supple underfoot. The wool breathes, keeping your feet warm and preventing them from overheating. The rubber sole is both flexible and durable – ideal for comfortable walking indoors.
The Glerups story begins over 30 years ago in Denmark, when founder Nanny created the very first pair of slippers as a declaration of love for her husband Ove. Since then, all slippers have been carefully produced in their own factory, using a unique wool blend that is soft, scratch-free, and durable.
CARE AND LIFESPAN GLERUPS
- Air your Glerups regularly; wool is self-cleaning.
- The slippers may shed a little during the first few weeks, but this will stop on its own.
- Carefully remove stains with a damp cloth and (organic) wool soap, and let them dry thoroughly.
- Vacuum them clean. Leather soles can be brushed, rubber soles can be wiped with a damp cloth.
- Wool is a natural product; slight colour variations between batches are normal.
- Avoid pressure and friction on the upper felt part (e.g., crossing your feet). The felt is made of pure wool: soft and comfortable, but vulnerable to friction.
- Wear Glerups with leather soles only indoors and on dry surfaces.
- For use on damp floors or outdoors: choose a model with a rubber sole.
- Please note: leather or natural rubber soles can be slippery on wet surfaces.
- With proper use and care, your Glerups will last for years!

Glerups sizes generally correspond to regular shoe sizes. If you're between two sizes, choose the larger one. The slippers will adapt to the shape of your feet over time. For more information, see the size chart below.
